follows on this Affidavit. The purpose of this document is (1) to advise Congress as well as state and local officials of
organized stalking and electronic and mind manipulation torture being committed against me and (2) to request a state, local,
or Congressional investigation and hearing on the use of remotely-operated directed energy attacks and mind control technologies
on Americans in this country.
