Dear Editor,
In observance of National Crime Victims' Rights
Week, I'd like to call attention to the newly-emerging crimes of organized stalking and remote electronic torture.
These are covert crimes committed by rogue elements of government, corporations, and individuals against American citizens.
They are secret assaults on our constitutionally-granted rights to privacy that are surreptitiously being siphoned away.
Secret mind control programs have been with us since the '50's and their existence brought to light during the MKULTRA
hearings in Congress in the late 70's. Although this CIA program was officially dismantled after the hearings,
according to whistleblower accounts the research continued just the same. There are some estimates that victims from
these secret programs number in the millions from over 60 years of research in centers located in every major city in the
US. As the remote frequency technologies have advanced over the decades, victims have suffered increasingly intrusive
effects of the mind and body, such as migraines, heart arrhythmias, cancers, strokes, blurred vision, unexplained fatigue,
unexplained voices in the mind, also known as synthetic telepathy, ringing in the ears, sleep deprivation, to name a few.
The assaults are no less than criminal invasions of personal space. The human rights organization, Freedom From
Covert Harassment and Surveillance is working to help the victims of covert crimes to regain their lives and livelihoods

On Friday, April 16, 2010, the human rights organization, Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance
in alliance with Ms. Connie Marshall, candidate for mayor of Louisville, Kentucky will convene a press conference at Cornerstone
Cottage, 3799 Bardstown Road, at 11:30 am, to call attention to a new wave of criminal behavior called organized stalking
and electronic torture. The victims of these covert crimes suffer the effects of mind and body invasive technologies
that have caused great physical, psychological, and emotional harm to many thousands of targeted individuals in this community
and across the country.
The perpetrators of these crimes range from rogue elements of every level of government
to corporations to private citizens.
Not since the late 70's has a serious look been given to the
increasing intrusion by the US intelligence agencies into the private lives of American citizens. A congressional
hearing and investigation into these covert activities is way overdue. A gathering of engineers, doctors, authors,
a psychologist, and human rights activists, to name a few are expected to speak. One of the speakers is a Missouri
statehouse representative and one of the guest speakers appeared in an episode last season of Jesse Ventura's "Conspiracy
Theory" television series. The importance and prominence of this assembly of individuals signals the rise of a major
issue in this country whose time has come to be addressed.

This is a segment from a recent History Channel documentary called "That's
Impossible" about Mind Control, which aired approx. 8/25/09. At about 5:30 into this segment, the
story begins about a targeted individual, Cheryl Welsh who is a victim of modern-day mind control technologies.
Greetings. This
rally was MUCH improved from our last effort. We are making progress. First of all, the weather! It was a
stunningly beautiful day - the rally and speakers with the tree-lined dome of the US Capitol for a
backdrop was a great scene. It's perched on a hill, so there was a slight haze and the trees around it and a
gloriously sunny day - picture perfect!
William Penn House
The press conference was held at a Quaker Friends meeting house
called The William Penn House. It proceeded well. Sharon Weinberger, the Washington Post reporter was there and a friend
of Mary Ann Stratton's, Rodney Livingston, who is an independent TV news producer was also present. The
speakers were Ted Gunderson, Robert Duncan, and Mary Ann Stratton. It was a well-attended event - around
30 or more TI's.

The Rally Site
Everyone - including regular ti's - talked loud and clear about their issues and the
topic. Some people were curious and stopped by to listen. There were even a few hecklers (so I was told).
They didn't interrupt the meeting though.

The Memorial Service
One feature of
the rally that was particularly impactful was the memorial service. This was given by Mary Ann Stratton in the
words of the victims themselves. She spoke of one case that was especially chilling where the victim was dying of cancer
and the fiends turned up the machine on her and fried her to death. Incomprehensible cruelty. There was also a
moment of silence. I hope that many will see the videotape of this segment.
